Go-AMP builds and operates an entire sourcing function on your behalf — a dedicated team, approved vendor lists, QC processes, cost benchmarks, and weekly reporting. And uniquely, you can acquire that function outright. It's the difference between hiring a recruiter and hiring a full HR department that you can eventually own.
What happens if we don't want to buy the function at Month 6?+
The transfer is an option, not an obligation. Companies that don't exercise the transfer option typically roll into a continued managed service arrangement with Go-AMP. You keep the operational benefits without taking on headcount. The transfer price is agreed upfront so there are no surprises either way.
How does Go-AMP handle US-China tariffs and export controls?+
Tariff routing is built into every engagement from day one. This includes bonded warehouse structures, Taiwan and ASEAN intermediary sourcing, and component-level classification to minimise duty exposure for US-bound AI hardware. We do not advise on legal compliance — we structure supply chains pragmatically within legal bounds and work alongside your counsel when needed.

For most AI hardware companies, the Build phase runs 6–8 weeks. This covers a full BOM audit, supplier vetting and onboarding, team deployment in Shenzhen, and delivery of the sourcing playbook. More complex BOMs with novel components (custom ASICs, specialised optics) can take up to 10 weeks. We scope this honestly before you sign.
